Radio Advertsing & The World's Smartest Businessman
There isn't a lot new about the latest listing of the top radio advertisers. But it is interesting to note that two of the top 6 radio advertisers are companies that Berkshire Hathaway has ownership stake in, including the top advertiser, GEICO. The other, at number 6, is Home Depot.
If you've read anything written by Warren Buffet about how he selects companies to invest in, you can see why this reflects well on radio advertising. Among other criteria, they are companies run by smart management teams, and they are profitable.
