Responsible Radio Advertising

This is Seth's best post ever. He has a provocative post today that all marketers should read. It'll challenge you to think about what you do and why. Even with the best of intentions, we can let ourselves be led astray. Seth's message is vital to sustainable capitalism and it touches on the human core of business.

It's one thing to be ultra-focused on improving profits. As businesspeople we can also wield our smarts toward improving the system in which we operate.

Capitalism may be the best economic system in existence. But that doesn't mean it's the best it can be. As the businesspeople who benefit most from the capitalist, market-based system, we're also responsible for stewardship. It's up to us to apply our insights and our perspective - broadened through years of business experience - toward improving the system.
