Audacy’s fifth annual I’m Listening mental health awareness program will unite artists, athletes, and medical specialists for conversations about mental health.

The 2-hour program will run Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 6-8pm on Audacy’s radio stations and in the Audacy app.

A valuable resource for those who need to connect, heal, and share their own stories, the program will offer a safe place to speak openly. According to Audacy’s Marni Zipper, the 2021 I’m Listening broadcast “is here to show that talk has the power to save lives.”

The lineup includes conversations with Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Shakira, Justin Bieber, Cleveland Cavaliers’ Kevin Love, Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello, and more. Carson Daly of NBC’s Today show and Dr. Alfiee M. Breland-Noble, psychologist and author, will host.

I’m Listening encourages those who are dealing with mental health issues to understand that they are not alone. If you or anyone you know is struggling with depression or anxiety, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline anytime at 1-800-273-8255.
