We’re excited to welcome Jenn Benowitz as SMI’s new Senior Account Manager. Jenn brings over 20 years of expertise in growth and performance marketing, leveraging data to craft innovative, customer-centric strategies that drive results.
Jenn has led omnichannel marketing strategies, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and implemented marketing attribution models that have significantly improved customer acquisition and retention. In her previous roles managing large-scale marketing campaigns at Shari’s Berries, LightStream, and FanDuel, Inc., Jenn worked directly with SMI as a client. Having collaborated with her across various brands for many years, we knew that her approach to strategy, testing, and growth were well aligned with SMI’s, making her an excellent fit for our team.
Prior to joining SMI, Jenn served as the Head of Direct-to-Consumer Marketing at Charlie Financial, where she optimized performance across multiple channels. Her leadership in refining customer acquisition strategies helped the company achieve early performance wins, reducing costs while scaling spend efficiently.
At SMI, Jenn will continue to utilize her extensive experience in performance marketing, helping our clients achieve their business goals through data-driven strategies and integrated marketing solutions.
